Medical Credentialing Services

You can’t bill insurance until you’re credentialed. And every day you wait is revenue you lose. We handle the entire credentialing process — CAQH, NPI, state licensing, and payer enrollment — so you can start collecting as fast as possible.

Average turnaround: 60–90 days. We track every application, follow up weekly with payers, and keep you informed at every step. No black holes. No surprises. For industry standards, see the CAQH ProView.

Timeline varies by payer and specialty. We follow up weekly to keep applications moving.

Status Tracking

Weekly follow-ups with payers. You always know where each application stands and expected effective dates.

The cost of waiting

Every month without credentialing costs you $8,000–15,000 in unbillable services.

If you’re seeing patients before credentialing is complete, you can’t bill insurance for those visits. That revenue is gone. The longer credentialing takes, the bigger the hole. We get it done in 60–90 days, not 6 months.
